Project Description

The U.S. Army established Dugway Proving Ground in Utah's desert to create and evaluate a variety of weaponry. One of the earliest test facilities was a robust analog of German residential structures. Now known as the German Village, it was built to test and evaluate the effectiveness of a variety of incendiary bombs. Today it is being reused as a training center for tactical offense against domestic terrorism. DRI is assisting DPG with a stabilization plan, interpretive materials and helping develop a programmatic agreement with the state.
